I'm Florin, from Motril, in the south of Spain. I work as a back-end developer at Gestiona Sistemas, in Python and remotely. I come from a Double Degree in Computer Engineering and Business Administration at the University of Granada, and I'm now studying for a Master's in Research in Software Engineering and Computer Systems at UNED. I work mostly with Linux systems, cybersecurity and applied AI. My best-known project is Radar España, a map of Spain's trains and emergencies built on open data.
I studied a Double Degree in Computer Engineering and Business Administration: five years split between programming subjects and business ones. On top of the technical side I understand how a company works from the inside, and that helps when the time comes to justify a decision.
Where I work best is Linux and Docker. I have built an eight-server web farm comparing four different load balancers, put a ModSecurity WAF in front of a deliberately vulnerable application to see what it really blocked, and set up HTTPS and iptables firewalls on containers. Beyond that I have worked on fairly different things: an e-commerce site with Node and MongoDB, a Flutter app with a Rails backend, augmented reality with OpenCV and several C++ projects.

Every project has its own page with the demo, the link to the repository (except the ones marked private) and the written report where there is one. The demos are recordings of real runs, not screenshots or mock-ups: this site is static and there is no server behind it. The recordings themselves are in Spanish.
A map of Spain's trains, metros, trams and buses, overlaid with traffic, earthquakes, wildfires, weather warnings, the power grid and official civil protection alerts. It brings together 53 open data sources, and a rule engine flags what deserves attention. It runs in production at radarespaña.es, and its launch post on X passed 200,000 views.
A banking assistant you can talk or write to, built for the «Habla con tu dinero» (Talk to your money) challenge from the Unicaja Chair at the University of Granada. It checks your balance, answers free-form questions about your transactions, draws charts and prepares Bizum transfers. The model proposes and the server decides: no money moves without the code sent to your phone.
interactive demo An Android app and pipeline that pull steps, sleep, body composition and workouts out of Health Connect, Samsung Health, FitDays and Hevy, and carry them into Notion and a web dashboard on their own, without the subscription those export apps charge for.
Bachelor's thesis: an engine that, given a company profile and a legislative control, deterministically infers which technical requirements ENS, NIS2 and DORA impose on it, and runs a conversational audit that issues a traceable, scored verdict.
prototype A full case study, from user research to a working prototype. We started by auditing Goiko's website, and the redesign flips the work asked of anyone with food allergies: instead of hunting through a separate PDF for what they cannot eat, they filter on arrival and the menu shows only what they can.
A complete e-commerce site with an Express + MongoDB backend, an authenticated REST API, a React frontend and a containerised deployment with Caddy as the reverse proxy.
A Web Application Firewall with OWASP CRS rules in front of OWASP Juice Shop, a shop that is vulnerable on purpose, with its performance cost measured scenario by scenario.
Design, deployment and evaluation of a scalable web farm: load balancing compared across four technologies, TLS, firewalling and benchmarking.
A turn-based maze game implemented in full in two languages, comparing how each one solves the same object-oriented design.
A Flutter application with a Ruby on Rails backend for managing academic events organised in a hierarchical tree of months, weeks, days and events.
